Related Posts keep users engaged by automatically displaying additional content connected to the post they’re viewing. It’s a simple but powerful way to boost content discovery, session time, and overall user experience.
Adding a Related post section Open up the Post page for customization and add a Lesson section.
E.g “Leseson - slider card”
In the “Filter Type” option, select “Related Posts”.
Scroll down and notice the ‘Related Posts” Settings group.
Choose one of three matching methods:
- Same Tags: Shows posts that share at least one tag with the current post.
- Same Custom Fields: Matches posts with identical custom field values (e.g., same level, instructor, or type).
- Related Field: Uses the dedicated “Related” column in the Tag Manager to manually link posts, independent of other tags or fields.
In your Tag Manager’s Posts table, locate the “Related” column and assign values to your posts. Posts with similar values to the current post will be included.
To add values, click the Custom Fields tab. If the “Related” field was removed, simply re-add a field named “Related.”
