Announcements Page

The Announcements page displays all the course’s announcements. 
It contains 2 dynamic sections: Static Announcement and the main Announcements section.

The Announcements section displays all the announcements added at the course backend.

The Static Announcement is, as implied, a static section. 
It will not be updated in any way, and updating its text doesn't email or update anything else but itself. 
It is a standard encore section provided as a template for you to use. You may hide, remove, or duplicate it according to your needs.
