Adding Badges to Your Template

Add a Badges-Section
To add badges to your template, open the Product (Dashboard) page for customization by selecting “Product” from the topbar page selector.
Click “Add Section” and select a pre-made badge section for your template. Follow the link to preview the available pre-made badge sections.
Click the three-dot icon next to your newly added section’s name, and click Rename. Type your section name, for example, "My-Badges."



Note: Badges Sections must be added to the Dashboard (Product) page. Do not add badges directly to your Post page. You may add a Placeholder Block to your post page to display badges, but it must reference a Badges Section added to your Dashboard Page.

Add a Badges Placeholder-Block
You can display your badges on any of the template’s sidebars: Post Page Sidebar, Dashboard Sidebar, Outline Sidebar,  or in any of the template’s sections.
To add badges to your Dashboard Sidebar, for example, click the Inner Sidebar section, then click “Add Content.” Select “Badges Placeholder” and click Add.
In the newly added block, set the “Section Name” option to match the name of the Badges Section you would like to display, for example, "My-Badges."

To add a Badges-Placeholder block to a standard section (not a sidebar), click Add-Section, add any Encore Section (e.g Text, Hero with Image, Text & Image, etc…), then add a Badge-Placeholder block.
